Grace from Year 3 had the great idea of having a cake sale to raise funds for the Haiti appeal. You responded extremely generously and the cakes flooded in on Friday 22nd January. The dining hall was full of homemade delicious buns and cakes and the children had trouble choosing which to have. There were so many we had to extend the sale to include the end of the day at tuck shop. Overall you raised an amazing £411. We would like to make this up to £490 which is the cost of a shelterbox and so if you have any ideas for raising this last £80 please let us know.
Update: 1st February- Thanks to some generous donations we have now reached and gone beyond our target of £490. As soon as the final amount is known we will let you know. Thank you again for your support with this important issue and thank you to the School Council for organising this event.
