Joining King's Nursery

Prospectus

If you would like to find out more about King’s Nursery please request a prospectus, either through our online enquiry form or by ringing the Registrar who will be happy to send you a copy and answer any questions you may have; 01752 753730.

Visiting

We would encourage you to visit the Nursery in order to meet the staff and get a feel for the nursery rooms.  We do appreciate a few days notice as these tours are conducted by members of nursery staff who would otherwise be caring for children.  It is important to us that we make arrangements to continue the highest standard of care whilst you visit.

Registering

Once you have decided that you would like your child to join King’s Nursery, please check that the sessions that you wish to book are available.  We would expect that you would book for a minimum of 2 sessions per week; the maximum is 5 full days a week.  You should then complete the Nursery Registration Form or Expectant Mother’s Registration Form (see below) and return it to the Registrar along with the Registration Fee of £50.

Accepting your child’s place

Prior to your child joining King’s Nursery, we will send you a pack of information that includes Terms and Conditions and an Acceptance of a Place Form (see below).  These documents and others should be signed and returned to us along with a deposit of £200 (this is refundable when your child leaves King’s School and Nursery).

Settling In Sessions

When we have received your Acceptance of a Place Form, deposit and other documents, we will arrange two settling in sessions, so that you and your child can become comfortable with your nursery room.

We look forward to welcoming you to King’s Nursery.  If you have any questions or would like to request a prospectus and book a visit, please call the Registrar on 01752 753730.
