About King’s Nursery

King's Nursery in Plymouth is a small, caring environment, where each child is an individual and each is special. As a leading provider of childcare in Plymouth,  we promote a warm, friendly, family atmosphere and we encourage a close link with our parents - fostering a bond of trust.

Our rooms are bright, colourful and welcoming and the staff in each of the nursery rooms is the same throughout the day.  This continuity of care ensures that we know your child well and are able to communicate with you regularly about your child’s activities and progress.

We consider all of the child’s needs and so progress each of them through the different stages (rooms) in nursery according to their age and developmental requirements.

Our Staff

We have professional, qualified and experienced staff, many of whom have been at the nursery for a number of years.  In July 2011 King’s School and Nursery was awarded the Bristol Standard for the quality and effectiveness of our Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) provision.  Our nursery has an excellent reputation, which is a reflection of the care and professionalism of our dedicated staff.
