The children were bursting with excitement as the doors opened on the annual Christmas Fair. The eagerly anticipated event was the result of the tireless efforts of the 'Friends of King's' and staff who put together a memorable afternoon. With stalls galore, a raffle with generously donated prizes, a tombola, activities for the children and the ever popular fruit machine, it was a wonderful occasion. Father Christmas also manage to take a break from his workshop to pop in to school to spend time with the children. The school choir sang carols, while everyone tucked in to mince pies and festive food. It was an afternoon that truely reflected the spirit of Christmas; friendship, sharing and fun - a wonderful way to start the season. Congratulations and thank you to everyone involved, this very special occasion raised a magnificent £1420.
