Please be assured that staff are contactable each day during our term times and are available to support pupils through their Online Teaching and Learning Programme.

Your class teacher will be available throughout the working day to respond to questions and queries (8.30am-4.30pm). Outside of these hours, Class Teachers are not expected to respond to questions or queries, however, some may. This is important for the health and wellbeing of our children and teachers during this unprecedented time.

During online lesson time (as set out in the timetable), teachers will be available to answer any questions or queries regarding the lesson straight away. During offline/assignment times, teachers are available but may take slightly longer to respond because they will be giving feedback to submitted assignments and preparing for the next online lesson.

Please do contact your child’s Class Teacher if you have any general queries.
